Contact DiceBee
DiceBee is run by a handful of people, so an emailed message lands with someone who can act on it. Mention the tool and what you expected, and the reply will be specific rather than a canned response.
DiceBee is an online dice roller, so the messages that reach us tend to be about settling a board-game turn or about a figure that did not look right. Both are worth sending.
Where to write
Email is the reliable route: support@dicebee.com. Most messages get a reply inside one or two working days.
Include this
- Which calculator you used, or a copy of its address.
- A rough version of the dice roll itself — we only need enough of it to redo the sum.
- The answer you got next to the answer you anticipated.
- Device, browser and anything else that may have interfered.
Messages about drawing an unbiased random number for a prize draw are common here, and a short description of your case is usually enough for a useful reply.
If a result looks wrong
For a everyday-utility tool, accuracy is the whole point. Because the DiceBee tool works the way described on its own page — it draws each roll from the browser's cryptographically secure random source and maps it onto the die's face count without modulo bias, so a hundred-sided die is as fair as a six-sided one — a wrong answer almost always traces back to one assumption, an input that does not fit the model, or a rounding edge case. If you think you have found one, tell us the value you expected and which tool you used, and we will check it against the method.
